These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player", "User", "you") and 44jl ("44jl", "we", "us", "the Platform") governing your access to and use of the 44jl website located at 44jl.club and all associated services, games, and features (collectively, the "Services"). 1.5 Account Security. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. You agree to notify 44jl immediately upon becoming aware of any unauthorized access to your account. 44jl shall not be liable for any loss resulting from unauthorized use of your account where you have failed to maintain adequate security over your credentials.
2.1 Accepted Payment Methods. 44jl accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via GCash, PayMaya, BPI, BDO, Metrobank, InstaPay, and select credit/debit cards, subject to availability at the time of the transaction. All transactions are denominated in Philippine Peso (PHP) unless otherwise specified.
2.2 Player-Owned Payment Methods. All deposits must be made from payment accounts registered in the Player's own name. Third-party deposits — where funds are sent from an account registered to another individual — are strictly prohibited. 44jl reserves the right to suspend accounts, freeze balances, and conduct enhanced verification where third-party payment activity is suspected.
2.3 Withdrawal Processing. Withdrawal requests are processed in accordance with 44jl's standard processing schedule. Standard withdrawals are typically completed within the timeframe stated in the cashier section of the platform. 44jl reserves the right to implement additional verification procedures — including identity verification — before processing withdrawal requests, particularly for first withdrawals or requests above stated thresholds.
2.4 Anti-Money Laundering. 44jl operates in compliance with applicable anti-money laundering (AML) regulations. 44jl may request documentary evidence of the source of funds for any deposit or withdrawal, particularly where transaction patterns are inconsistent with normal gaming activity. Failure to provide requested documentation may result in account suspension and reporting to relevant authorities.
2.5 Dormant Accounts. An account that has had no login activity for a continuous period of twelve (12) months shall be classified as dormant. 44jl may apply an administrative fee to dormant accounts, as disclosed in the cashier section of the platform. Players with dormant accounts are encouraged to log in and review their balance before the dormancy period concludes.
3.1 Wagering Requirements. All bonuses credited to a 44jl account are subject to wagering requirements. Bonus funds cannot be withdrawn until the wagering requirement has been fully satisfied.
3.2 Bonus Abuse. 44jl maintains active monitoring for bonus abuse, which includes — but is not limited to — registering multiple accounts to claim the same bonus, wagering with the intent of meeting wagering requirements with minimal risk (e.g., placing low-risk bets across multiple outcomes), and exploiting technical errors in bonus crediting systems. 3.3 Modification and Cancellation. 44jl reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel any promotional offer at any time without prior notice. Changes will not affect bonuses already credited to a Player's account at the time of the change, provided no breach of these Terms has occurred.
4.1 Game Rules. Each game available on the 44jl platform is governed by its own specific rules, which are displayed within the game interface or accessible via the Game Information section of the platform. In the event of a conflict between game-specific rules and these Terms, the game-specific rules shall prevail for matters relating to that game.
4.2 Technical Malfunctions. In the event of a technical malfunction, disconnection, or game error, 44jl shall not be liable for interrupted gameplay. Where a game result cannot be verified due to a technical error, 44jl reserves the right to void the relevant round and return the wagered amount to the Player's account.
4.3 Prohibited Activities. The following activities are strictly prohibited and may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of funds, and referral to law enforcement authorities:

6.1 The Services are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, 44jl disclaims all warranties including fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, and uninterrupted availability.
6.2 In no event shall 44jl be liable to any Player for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from or related to the use of the Services, even if 44jl has been advised of the possibility of such damages. 44jl's total liability to any Player in connection with these Terms shall not exceed the amount deposited by that Player in the thirty (30) days preceding the relevant claim.
All content on the 44jl platform — including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, game assets, software, and interface design — is the proprietary property of 44jl or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. Players are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the Services for personal, non-commercial purposes only. Any reproduction, distribution, or modification of 44jl content without express written authorisation is strictly prohibited.
44jl reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Where changes are material, 44jl will provide reasonable notice to Players via email or a prominent notice on the platform. Continued use of the Services following the effective date of any amendment constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. Players who do not agree to revised Terms should cease using the Services and contact support to close their account.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable Philippine law. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms or the Services shall first be submitted to 44jl's internal dispute resolution process. Players must submit disputes via the live chat support channel within thirty (30) days of the event giving rise to the dispute.
